Our classes adopt a timed round format, encompassing sprint rounds (30 seconds), High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), regular rounds (1 or 2 minutes), and intensity rounds (3 minutes). This varied structure incorporates group fitness exercises, HIIT, functional mobility drills, and invigorating boxing routines, ensuring a stimulating and effective workout and preventing your body from settling into a routine.
